I believe the second sentence refers to using the templates in the creation of an listing index or listing page. When adding or editing a WP page, on the right hand column, you'll have the Attributes box. Within that, there's a template dropdown box. Once the GRE templates have been moved to your template directory, they'll be available for selection in this dropdown. </p>
